Joly Daniel
Hello, my name is Jocelyne but everyone calls me Joly. My baking is influenced from my mother and my origins from Venezuela. I went to the Institute Mariano Moreno culinary school to study to become a Baker and Pastry Chef.
I now live in the United States but you will notice a little bit of Venezuelan touch to all my desserts - remembering my mom and the wonderful memories we had baking together.
